There are three options of visas for Zambia which are a Zambian visa on arrival single or double entry and valid up to 90 days, a multiple entry Zambian eVisa or a KAZA Univisa for multiple entries between Zambia, Botswana and Zimbabwe over a 30-day period. These can be obtained on entry at Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport in Livingstone or Victoria Falls International Airport outside the town of Victoria Falls. Please refer to the Zambian Immigration Government website for costs.

The various forms of public transport ranges from taxis to minibus taxis. To hire a car, you will need an international driving permit, and drivers drive on the left hand side of the road.

1. Victoria Falls

Chikanda – “African polony” made from wild tubers and peanuts. Firm and spicy.
