  2. Payment of Outstanding Balance: The remaining balance of your project cost is due three months before your scheduled project start date. This gives you ample time to prepare for your volunteer journey.
  3. Guaranteed Placement: We strive to accommodate your preferred project and dates. However, in the rare event that we cannot place you in your chosen project on your desired dates, we will promptly refund your booking deposit.
  4. Important Information: After making the booking deposit, please email us at info@volunteerinternationaladventures.com with the volunteer’s full name, selected project, and chosen dates for participation.
